We currently have a 110,000+ square foot climate-controlled building which houses all of our operations to accommodate our continuously expanding business.
75% of our staff of well-trained machinists and welders have earned “journeymen” status. Hamill maintains an apprenticeship program registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania designed to fuel the manufacturing needs of the future.
With the goal of being the best precision machining company, we not only needed the capability to manufacture products to meet challenging requirements but also the ability to inspect and test equipement to verify quality, so we have an comprehensive inspection and testing department staffed qualified inspection experts, including an in-house radiography lab.
To thrive and effectively compete in today’s business environment, we adhere to strict quality systems and processes in compliance with AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015. Our quality management system ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by making use of established internal auditing processes, management reviews, and defined quality metrics.
